沒收確診者投票權沒違憲？　藍營嗆李進勇曲解釋憲：韓國能為何台灣不能

距離九合一選舉投票日只剩1個月，但確診者能否出門投票，中選會與疫情指揮中心仍沒有定案，遭批評有違憲疑慮。對此，國民黨今（25日）砲轟中選會主委李進勇與衛福部互踢皮球，曲解大法官釋憲，並指美日韓都能規畫確診者投票，沒道理中選會能剝奪人民投票權，要求李進勇別裝死，否則應請辭下臺。

中選會日前公告「確診者不得外出投票」引發輿論抨擊，李進勇卻拿指揮中心當擋箭牌，丟下一句「只要可出門就可以投票。」表示特設投票所、延長投票時雙效犀利士、 超級犀利士、 印度犀利士、 雙效犀利士真偽、 雙效犀利士正品、 超級雙效犀利士效果、 超級雙效犀利士、 雙效犀利士哪裡買、 超級雙效犀利士哪裏買、 超級犀利士副作用間等規畫中選會無法克服，甚至說大法官690號解釋認定沒有違憲，遭法界人士批評為法盲。

國民黨團今天召開記者會，要求政府必須保障確診者行使公民權的權利，國民黨團總召曾銘宗痛批李進曲解大法官釋憲，曾銘宗表示，大法官690號解釋為「強製隔離，並不違憲」，而不是說「沒收投票權，並不違憲」，質疑李進勇若不是法律素養有問題曲解視線，就是故意唬爛想沒收人民投票權，因為根據《中華民憲法》第17條：「人民有選舉、罷免、創製及複決之權。」政府必須依《憲法》保障選舉權。
