西班牙、荷蘭之後，法國也「退群」了

據法新社布魯塞爾報道，繼西班牙和荷蘭之後，法國於21日宣布退出已有近30年歷史的《能源憲章條約》，該條約過於保護化石能源領域投資，並被指責阻礙了歐洲的氣候雄偉目標。

報道稱，在布魯塞爾召開的歐盟峰會期間，法國總統馬克龍宣布：「法國決定退出《能源憲章條約》……這樣做與我們的歐洲氣候戰略是一致的。」

馬克龍強調：「在我們生活的當下，我們更應該將投資集中在可再生能源、能源效率、核能方面，並加快投資步伐……而如今，我滿懷擔憂地看到汙染最嚴重的碳氫化合物和化石燃料正卷土重來。」

他指出：「近期的幾起案例表明，它（《能源憲章條約》）導致了某種投機機製，並為一些（化石能源行業）參與者帶來了巨額補償。」
