南美三國欲打造「鋰業歐佩克」

據埃菲社布宜諾斯艾利斯10月20日報道，阿根廷外交部消息人士20日表示，阿根廷、玻利維亞和智利正在草擬一份文件，以推動建立一個鋰礦行業的「石油輸出國組織」（歐佩克），從而在鋰礦價值波動的情況下達成「價格協議」。這三個國家都擁有巨大的鋰礦儲量和生產潛力。

報道稱，上述三國的外交部長正致力於草擬一份文件，希望打造一個類似歐佩克的鋰生產國組織，從而像歐佩克設定生產水平以影響每桶原油價格那樣影響鋰價。

出於同樣的想法，三國外長希望就價格達成一致並協調生產流程，此外還希望為可持續工業發展和科技發展的良好做法製定指導方針。

據報道，外長們認為，如果阿根廷、智利和玻利維亞能夠達成共識，那麽澳大利亞——世界領先的鋰生產國——就可能靠近這一「價格趨同」的想法。
