不可取！竹縣議員候選人「客家鄉親5百、同姓宗親1千」行賄買票　慘遭羈押禁見

2022九合一選舉在即，國民黨新竹縣議員第二選區候選人範振龍，涉嫌以每票500至1,000元，透過範姓宗親、同學等人脈幫忙買票。新竹地檢署昨（24日）展開搜索並拘提，傳喚涉案者共29人，訊後認為範振龍及範姓樁腳行賄罪嫌重大，向法院聲請羈押禁見獲準，其餘4名涉案人各以10萬元交保。

新竹地檢署日前接獲消息，範振龍於登記前，即今（2022）年7至8月期間，透過宗親、同學等人際網絡，以2種價碼，客家鄉親每票500元，範氏宗泰國果凍、 果凍威而鋼、 液態威、 液態威而鋼、 液態威哪裡買、 液態威購買、 泰國果凍威而鋼、 泰國果凍哪裡買、 泰國果凍效果、 泰國果凍威而鋼心得、 泰國果凍購買、 泰國果凍副作用親每票1,000元，將款項交由樁腳對有投票權者進行現金買票。

新竹地檢署檢察官蔡宜臻立即出動法務部調查局新竹縣調查站、新竹縣政府警察局刑事警察大隊、少年隊、新湖分局、移民署新竹縣專勤隊共同偵辦，查賄團隊於昨天持法院搜索票，搜索涉案人住、居所10處，並拘提、傳喚涉案者共29人。

新竹地檢署動員8名檢察官漏夜協力訊問，威馬藥局、 英國威馬、 威馬持久液、 英國威馬持久液認定範振龍、範姓宗親樁腳涉犯公職人員選舉罷免法第99條第1項之投票行賄罪，向新竹地方法院聲請羈押禁見獲準；另4名涉案人各以10萬元交保，其餘證人、選民則請回。
