今年奧斯卡最大亮點不是CODA拿最佳影片，也不是Jessica Chastain封后（我愛雀姐，真的等她拿好幾年了，接下來是Amy Adams），而是眾所皆知的「Will Smash」 事件，稍早被賞巴掌的Chris Rock表態不會向LAPD報案。美國推特也瘋了，「GI Jane」、「What just happened」、「Will Smith」、「Chris Rock」、「Violence」等詞彙也紛紛登上了熱搜排行，（violence 一詞還有30萬則推特）。
