俄媒：拉夫羅夫稱俄采取一切措施防止烏克蘭出現核武器

據俄新社3月1日報道，俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫在一場裁軍談判會議上稱，俄羅斯采取一切措施，防止烏克蘭出現核武器。
報道稱，拉夫羅夫說，烏克蘭仍擁有蘇聯時期的核技術與核武器運載工具。「我們不能不對這種實際危險作出反應。」他說。
拉夫羅夫還對其他參會者說，「我可以確信地跟你超級雙效犀利士、 雙效犀利士效果、 雙效犀利士功效、 犀利士藥房、 印度超級犀利士心得、 印度雙效犀利士們說，作為國際社會負責任的一員，俄羅斯致力於履行不擴散大規模殺傷性武器的義務，采取一切措施防止烏克蘭出現核武器和相關技術。我們希望所有人都清楚有必要解決這一問題。」

此前，綜合俄新社、美國哥倫比亞廣播公司（CBS）報道，根據美國、英國、俄羅斯和烏克蘭於1994年12月簽署的《布達佩斯備忘錄》，烏克蘭銷毀了核武器，美國、英國和俄羅斯向烏克蘭提供了相關安全保證。烏克蘭總統澤連斯基今年2月19日在第58屆慕尼黑安全會議上威脅稱，必利吉、 必利吉心得、 p-force副作用、 必利吉p-force、 印度超級威而鋼、 必利吉哪裡買、 必利吉功效如果烏克蘭得不到相應的安全保證，基輔將認定《布達佩斯備忘錄》無效。烏克蘭外交部長庫列巴在CBS同月20日發布的采訪文章中說，烏克蘭上世紀90年代不應該放棄核武器，當時作出的決定是一個「錯誤」。
