論文排版- 2 column環境中htbp失效

在雙欄的環境中置入圖片，語法如下

\begin{multicols}{2}
\begin{figure}[H]
\centering
\includegraphics[width=8.5cm]{figure.png}
\end{figure}
\end{multicols}

以上是可以順利執行的。
但若將H改為htbp，則圖片無法顯示，錯誤的原因如下：

Package multicol Warning: Floats and marginpars not allowed inside `multicols' e
nvironment!.

請問在雙欄的情況下，該如何使圖片像單欄時一樣可以自動排列呢？ 謝謝
